Return Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
  • Items that are new, unworn, unwashed, free of stains or signs of wear, and in original proper packaging are eligible for return.
    • Complimentary Items with purchases are required to be returned when returning an entire order or its value will be deducted.
    • Non-Returnable and Final Sale items include, but are not limited to: wigs, hats, makeup, pasties, eyelashes, rose petals, and items that have been worn.
    • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring correct item(s) are returned. 3Wishes is not responsible for items returned in error.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only. We cannot change payment methods or transfer refunds to a different card.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be in our warehouse possession within the following timelines:
    • Unlimited Free Returns (30 days from delivery date)
      • No Restocking Fee Applied
    • Standard Return (14 days from delivery date)
      • 10% Restocking Fee Applied
  • Order placed during the following dates are eligible for store credit only and are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee:
    • February 7 - February 13, 2026
    • October 15 – October 31, 2026
  • Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
    • 3Wishes is not liable for packages once delivered. FedEx Signature Confirmation® is recommend and available upon request for an added cost.
  • Customers whose product total does not exceed $60 USD (excluding shipping) and who did not purchase Unlimited Free Returns are responsible for the cost of their return shipping label.
  • All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these conditions will be denied and may be shipped back upon request for a return shipping fee.

Return Terms & Conditions

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at 3Wishes’ discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our guests. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. Filing a payment dispute does not override this policy. We reserve the right to contest disputes using order records, tracking data, and customer communications. Exchanges are not offered. Customers must place a new order if a replacement item is desired. A 5% cancellation fee applies to approved cancellations prior to shipment.
